How it works
Research → Understand → Personalize → Review → Send
Seven steps, one screen. You can see what the AI is doing, what it found, and why it recommends what it does.
- 1
Add your lead
Enter any of: company name, website, LinkedIn company page, or a prospect's LinkedIn profile URL. One is enough.
Inputs are checked as you type. A LinkedIn profile URL is treated as a reference only. Looplead never logs in to LinkedIn.
- 2
Research the company
Looplead reads the company's own website: homepage, about, team, careers, and blog pages. It picks out what they sell, who they sell to, open roles, recent posts, and named leaders.
Each fact keeps its source link so you can check it.
- 3
Understand the business context
An analyst agent summarizes what appears to be happening in the business right now, keeping what's verified separate from what's inferred.
You'll see statements like "They announced…" next to "This likely means…", clearly labeled.
- 4
Identify the decision-maker
Looplead recommends who to contact and explains why: likely responsibilities, priorities, and alternatives.
If no specific person is found, you get a recommended role instead of an invented name.
- 5
Find pain points and a sales angle
3–5 likely pain points, each with evidence, confidence, and why it matters. Then the single strongest reason to reach out now.
Everything is editable. Change the angle and the drafts follow.
- 6
Write the outreach
One email and one LinkedIn note, in your chosen tone, grounded in the angle above.
Regenerate just the subject, just the opening, or the whole message.
- 7
Review, then send it yourself
Go through the checklist, make your edits, then copy, open in your mail app, or export. Mark it as sent when you've sent it.
Looplead doesn't send messages, track opens, or run sequences.
How to read the evidence labels
Found directly in the research data, with a source link.
A reasonable conclusion drawn from verified facts. Usually right, not guaranteed.
An educated guess. Good for an opening question, not for a confident claim.
